Most coaches don't want to cage themselves into into a group of people. I can't tell you how many times I've heard, "What happens if I want to help a different group of people?" Once you have your niche and brand down it's about creating an offer and testing it out on the market. What is the feedback you are getting. Are you creating momentum that you can build upon? It's this feedback that will help you shape your offers and refine it so it hits the kind of clients that have you jumping out of bed in the morning pumped to be working with them.

Problem 4 - Not Taking the Time to Improve and Refine Their Marketing Strategy

Your coaching practice will grow if you are able to track, measure, and refine your process. You can't just throw up a website and expect clients to be beating a path to your door - it doesn't work like that. To earn a really good living in the coaching world you must have tools to help you figure out what is working and what isn't, so you can do more of what's working and attract clients that support your family and lifestyle.

Problem 5 - Not Having a Foundation in Place That Grows With Them

Building a coaching practice that allows you to expand your income should always be a major factor in every coaching practice. There are only so many hours in the day. You need to be able to automate and delegate, so you have time to do the type of broad vision thinking so you are taking your company in the right direction and isn't entirely reliant on time for money. You want the safety net of knowing that if you get sick or want to take time off, you still have a steady income

The first part of the marketing training starts by establishing a specific niche in which to practice. If you try to appeal to everyone, you end up appealing to no one. 

Niching is one of the fastest ways to stand out as a Coach and make yourself competitive. We'll cover:

  • How to choose the most profitable niche for you and how to establish yourself as an expert.
  • Identifying who you want to work with, and the kinds of clients you would rather avoid.
  • Diving into how your niche will influence your future marketing - extremely important for success!

Module 3: Websites That Work, Part 1

The vast majority of Life Coaches have websites that will never convert visitors into clients and they make the same mistakes over and over again. 

The bad news is that there are 1,000's of coaches websites out there, the good news is it's quite easy to make sure your is better. We'll cover:

  • Discover the fundamentals of a website that not only looks pretty but also attracts clients.
  • Uncover the reasons why over 95% of coaches sites don't work effectively.
  • Learn why more is not necessarily better, and find out the single biggest mistakes most coaches make on their websites.

Module 4: Websites That Work, Part 2

Having a beautiful website is important, but it's just the start to building a website that works well for your business.

  • Learn how to use website analytics to track your website's results and discover key areas for improvement.
